Nanjing International Service Outsourcing Industrial Park is located in the center of Hexi New city of Nanjing, extending from Jiqingmen Street in the south to Hanzhongmen Street to the north, and from Jingsi West Road in the east to Qinghe Road in the west, covering a total area of 116.3 hectares, which is a precious plot adjacent to Yangtze River in the central district of Nanjing.Park is bordering the Yangtze River, adjacent to the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, central business district, Baochuang Park, the Green Expo Garden, Riverside along, many municipal roads, bus and subway lines through the park. It is a very excellent location, can be called the most favorable conditions in Nanjing modern industrial park.
        In 2002 it obtained the Land Use Planning Permit for Construction Purposes, and obtained approval for the land use by Ministry of Land and Resources in 2003. In August 2007 it was named by Nanjing Municipal Government as "Nanjing International Service Outsourcing Industrial Park". In September 2007 it was approved by Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province as provincial-level software park. In May 2008 it was approved by Jiangsu province Development and Reform Commission as Jiangsu province modern service industry cluster zone. In June 2008 it was approved by Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science & Technology of China as state-level  "International science & technology cooperation base". In August 2008 it was approved by Jiangsu Information Industry Department as Jiangsu software & information services industrial park.
